Tour De Galles 2019

In the last few years, we have explored the routes to the North and West, so in 2019 it was decided to head East once more and cross the border to find some challenging English routes.

On Day 1 we will experience crossing the iconic Severn Bridge and down to the Mendip Hills en route to Bath.  The second day will involve a somewhat less than direct traversing of the Cotswolds to Gloucester.

Our final day will keep away from the coast, and hopefully not have to contend with a headwind on our way West. Simon Warren's 100 Climbs series has once again been employed to help plan the route, and we'll be proving we aren't taking it too easy as we encounter Belmont Hill on our approach to Newport, just as the Tour of Britain did in 2018.
